MARLI New York offers complimentary returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in their original, unworn condition with security tags intact. Each piece must be returned in its original luxury packaging to ensure a full refund to your original payment method.

Prepare the Package
Carefully place the jewelry in its original MARLI box and shipping carton, ensuring all certificates and protective materials are included.
Attach the Label
Affix the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of quality inspection.
